At what time is check-in?
Check-in starts at 3pm and check-out should be until noon.
We can keep your bags before/after so you can explore the city freely!
How to get to the unit?
We’re conviniently located next to the Santa Apolónia train and metro station. Uber is the best way.

What is the noise policy?
Noise from 22h to 8h is not allowed.
Please be considerative of your neighbours at all times. Be specially attentive while closing the front door.
Is there any place to leave the bags?
We have a place where you can leave your luggage while exploring the city.

Until what time can I check-in?
For your comfort there are no restrictions regarding check-in times. For that we rely on a code based access to the unit. We will provide the codes and step by step guidance 24h before arrival.
If I need anything during my stay?
We are always available in case you have any questions, during your stay. On the wall next to your apartment door you’ll find a phone number which you should use in case it is necessary.
